Action Performed:

1. Launch hybrid app.
2. Log in with a new account.
3. Tap X button on FAB tooltip.
4. Go to Settings.
5. Tap X button on Inbox tooltip.

Expected Result:

Inbox tooltip should be dismissable with X button.

Actual Result:

Inbox tooltip is not dismissable with X button.
FAB tooltip can be dismissed with X button, but Inbox and workspace chat tooltip cannot be dismissed with X button.
