Action Performed:

From FS session:

1. Employee submits a report with automatic submission
2. Approver approves the report
3. Approver clicks on the Pay button

Expected Result:

Able to pay the expense report without any isssues

Actual Result:

Getting "an unexpected error" message
NOTE: Part of the expense report is paid but still the full amount shows on the pay button
