Optimize via inline functions #2
Description
Both PPrint and Fansi make heavy use of passing closures to functions, this could likely benefit highly from inlining. Fansi itself has a set of (commented out) performance tests. It would be useful to compare the results of those performance tests against their equivalents in Scala's Fansi so see what we could do better.
