Add a section for the judges

**Description**:
We have confirmed two judges for the event, create a section so participants will be able to see them with another mystery judge to make it 3 people

**Acceptance Criteria**:
- Three cards for judges seen
- Redirects to link of choice of each judge
- Includes some information about their expertise
