Image problems with Photoshop

I believe the problem is because the code does not handle RST markers. If you are looking to extract the DCT coefficients, you can take a look at https://github.com/ImpulseAdventure/JPEGsnoop. If you enable Options->Scan Segment->Detailed Decode (enable detailed scan decode), it will output the DCT matrix.
