The ev.IsAllowed in BeingObservadEventArgs cannot prevent SCP-173 from being viewed properly

ChangingLeverStatusEventArgs cannot detect whether the nuclear bomb lever is changing, but instead detects whether the stop nuclear bomb button is being interacted with

Im sure, I only have one plugin that uses this event, and even after commenting the code, all SCP-173 can still move under the gaze of others

Glad it's fixed! But Log.Info is tricky to remove.
It's a modified version of Exiled.Events that belongs to the dev branch.
You'll have to wait until it's included in the master release
