The DBAClientX.PostgreSql 1.0.10 and test-only AngleSharp 1.8.3 updates are scoped to the existing dependency roles. Current-head Windows .NET 10 tests passed (2,818 core, 36 CLI and 43 website tests), with Windows .NET 8 also green. Inspection of the failing Linux, module and .NET Framework jobs found only NU1902/NU1903 errors from the existing ImageSharp versions; no separate package-update failure was reported.

Merge remains blocked by the ImageSharp remediation being handled separately after #1367 was closed. No audit suppression, target removal or ImageSharp migration was applied. Next step: complete that separately owned support/security fix, refresh this branch if necessary, and rerun the full CI matrix.
