Add run-and-report facade for process KPIs

Summary

• add a reusable RunAndReport facade that executes steady-state or transient flowsheets and emits a KPI/provenance payload
• capture template ID, flowsheet hash, thermo model versions, and generated unit reports in a predictable JSON schema
• expose configuration for run mode, time step, and report detail
