Random idea: Breadcrumbs on the website

We currently don't have them on the website, and it might be nice to add them.

For example if someone goes to the /programme/talks page, it would be good to have

Home >> Programme >> Talks

at the top, so it's easier to navigate up/back.

To have breadcrumbs we should have first pages on every level of breadcrumbs. I can look how is our menu implemented and prepare some draft.

@nikoshell it is low priority btw
