Try out using latest v8 version without patches

Currently core uses an old (8.9) v8 version. It also applies a couple of patches to the build tools but none of them look particularly necessary (except for including cstdint ). Using latest v8 version could make the build process much easier.

When discussing with @chrip we were wondering what v8 is even used for. As cryptpad has a wasm build of the converter are we sure we actually need this for core functionality? Is it maybe something that could be disabled with reduced feature sets?

@wginolas do do you have any insights there?
