Expose IUser's last activity time

### Feature description

Currently when using `AfkStatusChangeEvent` there is no way to determine how long the User has been afk for (or not moving, doing anti-autoafk actions) before the AFK status is changed.

### How the feature is useful

This could be useful to measure the time user is afk on the server more precisely
