Corrections required in the SequenceToSequence model notebook

This notebook requires following corrections:

• In the Pre Requisites section, it mentions labeled data is located at "data/address_standardization_correction_data/address_standardization_correction.csv", but is not there.
• The command "!pip install transformers==3.3.0" is no longer needed.

Below is one improvement suggestion:

• In the conclusion section, there is a line "In this notebook we will build an .....". We can change this to past tense as rest of the para is in past tense. So we can use "built" or any other word in place of "will build".
