A piece of code to generate updated SCP:SL translations.

Features

• Shortens SCP names (E.g., "SCP-079" becomes "79")
• Removes role descriptions as they are obstructive
• Removes some other things that may be considered obstructive, such as item descriptions
• Adds SCP-914 recipes to item descriptions
