I am unable to correctly export models with rigs and skeletons using my current tools. Could you please tell me if there is a specific ACL for the game "About Arknights: Endfield"? I really need it

You cannot do that, it is not implemented because of the amount of work required, you can manually extract the meshes, and sometimes animator but that's it, most animation clip will be broken

Is it possible to extract just the game's music using this build? I'm interested in the music that plays in levels or arenas.

Yes but you're not in the correct tool, studio is for unity bundles, for audio you'll want to check out https://github.com/Escartem/AnimeWwise

Just extract every associated asset and recombine yourself, most elements you see in game are not one assets but many
