GUI Support for Linux #75

Description

@vanillyn

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...]
right now, i was able to build the CLI for linux just fine, however, apparently the CLI is outdated, and the only support through the wiki is for the GUI, which may depend on some windows-exclusive libraries to run. normally, i'd just run it through wine, but every time i do, it just instantly crashes with a traceback that isnt entirely legible.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
provide instructions for building on linux, better support usage with wine by updating to net 10.0, or port to a cross-platform gui like qt or gtk

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
as stated earlier, i have tried running it through wine, configuring the .csproj for the gui project to support linux-native net libraries so i can build natively, and may be forced to run it through a vm, though it would be extremely slow. i have not tried to update the CLI itself, as i am not a contributor and i am not familiar enough with the project to try it

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
i'm of course running on linux:
Arch Linux (Linux 6.19.6-arch1-1)
building on a Ryzen 5 8600g, and 32GB of DDR5-5600

Note: Game decryption requests will not be accepted.
