Problem: current ETH block hash is not computed and inherit Cosmos block hash

This is not a bug, just different specification with Ethereum.

But for R&D, I would try to make it compatible with Ethereum to see if any problem.

Steps:

• Enhance EVMTxIndexer to support indexing two types of block hash
• Recompute EVM block hash
