How do i actually add this extension on a linux to which i do not possess the admin rights to?

okay so when i tried to install this extension on a linux based college system, i needed administrative rights to enable developer options so that i can install the extension to use in chrome. How the heck do you do that? I've tried to bypass the administrative window but i still couldn't install the extension at all. How do I do that?

You can try any other chromium browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chromium or Brave!

You can download the portable version of these browsers (brave recommand) so that you don't need to install it which requires admin rights
