Arrow <=0.53 #3
Description
Due to a breaking change in Chrono that was made in a patch, the various versions of Arrow can not coexist in the same crate. This was reported here and discussed here and here.
Versions of Arrow prior to version 54 must be built using Chrono <=0.4.39 and Arrow versions after 54 must be built using Chrono >=0.4.40. 54 works with either.
Unless a solution to this is found, moving forward this crate will only work with Arrow 54 and above.
