Update (2026-10-08): commit 4f4d146 fixes black-on-dark fields and buttons when Android uses its Light theme. ThemeContrastTest checks native field and button contrast in both system modes, and settings were visually checked in the Android emulator. This keeps AbyssME itself dark; it is NOT a genuine light app theme. Keeping this issue open for a proper light appearance, which matters for the accessibility concern in the original report. No additional work is needed from the reporter.

Steps to reproduce
When you use the phone's Light theme, (Mostly due to medical problems with, as it negates our Astigmatism), The settings becomes almost unusable, as the text boxes' text are black and the app is black too I have to switch t darkmode to be able to us settings
