Improve README clarity, onboarding, and add visuals

This PR updates the Eremos README and Contributing md to enhance clarity, improve structure, and provide better onboarding guidance for new contributors. Changes include:

1. Added emojis and visual cues for easier navigation .
2. Reorganized sections for a smoother reading experience.
3. Enhanced and updated Table of Contents
4. Highlighted key folders and contribution guidelines for faster ramp-up.
5. Added two new badges: Build Status and Swarm Ready (currently static;my suggestion is the repo have an updated GitHub Actions / automation to make them dynamic).
6. Added a visual architecture diagram, translated from docs/architecture.md, to clearly show agent flow and on-chain interactions
7. Minor formatting improvements for readability and consistency

These changes aim to make it easier for developers, designers, and analysts to understand Eremos, get started quickly, and contribute effectively
