`julia` section of `_quarto.yml` not being used in execution (and no `+1.11.6` flag)

When rendering the main version locally I noted that adding +1.11.6 to the julia settings did not actually engage juliaup to execute using 1.11.6 version julia.

I suspect this section is not being used at all, but an alternative is that its just a problem with juliaup integration. My workaround in #79 is to add the julia section back to the front matter YAML of index.qmd.

Next steps

• confirm whether its only juliaup integration (e.g. only +1.11.6 flag not passed) or the whole julia YAML section as the problem.

Did you follow the guidance in the readme? In particular, the guidance when doing manual work to use juliaup override? I think this is resolved if following the guidance as given please reopen if not the case

Setting a juliaup override is clunky because you can run without setting your julia CL to 1.11.6 but it doesn't fail.
