Changing page size for DataGrid is slow

Describe the bug
When you try to change page size in DataGrid, the application freezes. Performance profile mainly points at merge

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://ensemble-atlas-health.web.app/
2. Click on DataGrid page size selector in bottom right
3. See application freeze

Expected behavior
DataGrid should change page size immediately
