Unity 5.6 video player+ WebCamTextureToMatHelper not working

hi!
i m facing serious problems with WebCamTextureToMatHelper + unity 5.61
video player doesn't work on android.

at same time.
if i comment this
webCamTextureToMatHelper.Init();
then video work.

its working in Editor.
but unfortunately i could not get Android LogCat.

but i have send unity export please check if it helps u to find out whats worng.
