Assert costumizing

It is not possible to costumize assert cause compiler include is used.

Solution:
Setting up a erpc file, e.g. "erpc_assert.h", where asserts could be turned on or off would be bare helpful. In addition, using a define to turn off the asserts when compiling for release would comply with our coding convention.

Would you like to provide PR? i think turning on and off can be done based on erpc_config.h (not implemented yet). But we can have also additional erpc_assert.h file where will be implementation for asserts. E.g. if assert in config file will be turned off then replace all asserts calls do nothing. (something like #define assert(...) ) and when asserts are enabled then based on if it is debug or release target...
