clean cargo build for rebuild isn't clean #120
Description
this is because the dep file in target/spirv-unknown-unknown/release/example_shader.d is screwy (has bizarre incorrect paths). the dep file in target/spirv-unknown-unknown/release/deps/example_shader.d may be better to use.
