Description

This PR addresses part of Issue #2 "Rebuild Elmentor Program Website Using Clean Version With Key Enhancements".
Specifically, it replaces the profile picture in the “Founder” section with a transparent‑background version to remove unwanted black padding and enhance the overall visual polish.

Changes Made

• Replaced old image mohamed-radwan.png → mohamed-radwan.jpg.
• Updated component reference in the FounderSection to use the new asset.
• Verified correct rendering on both light and dark themes.
• Confirmed image is centered and visually consistent with other section elements.

Why These Changes Are Needed

• The existing profile image contained black spaces that disrupted the site’s clean aesthetic.
• The new transparent image provides a professional, polished look aligned with the branding style of the Elmentor Program website.

Testing Performed

• Tested on Google Chrome browser.
• Verified correct sizing and aspect ratio.
• Ensured accessibility attributes (alt text, aria‑label) remain valid.

Before:

The profile image had visible black background padding around the head area.

After:

The updated profile picture now has a clean, transparent background and better visual integration.
