Description

This PR addresses part of Issue #2 "Rebuild Elmentor Program Website Using Clean Version With Key Enhancements".
Specifically, it updates two critical external links in the footer:

• Replaces the outdated DevOps Visions Facebook page with Mohamed Radwan’s personal Facebook profile.
• Updates the Community Blog link to point to the correct blog URL.

Changes Made

• Updated footer link for:
  • Community Blog → https://blog.devopsvisions.com
  • Facebook → https://www.facebook.com/mohamed.radwan.devops
• Ensured links open in a new tab.
• Applied consistent styling to match other external links (e.g. text-primary hover:underline).

Why These Changes Are Needed

• The old Facebook and blog links were incorrect.
• This improves navigation, branding alignment, and credibility for new visitors.

Testing Performed

• Verified both links open in new tabs.
• Confirmed footer renders correctly.
