Add a newline at the end of each tracked entry in the codeblock

Minor issue but, but it would be great if the serialized data of the tracker could be written into a separate line.

Reason - diffing files (f.i. before committing into git/svn etc.) is easier compared to a single, potentially very long line.

Besides this - great plugin, I love the simplicity and the lightweight approach.
