cln_plugin panicking on 23.08 block_added subscription

I get this in my plugin that uses the "block_added" subscription to get the block "height", but only on 23.08 not 23.05.

hmm this only happened on startup of my regtest 23.08 nodes with a plugin that uses the subscription 2 times and now i cant reproduce it. The subscription seems to work.

well imho we should never fall for unwrapping Result, so marking this as a bug and adding to the next release
