`TerminationTrigger` fails when loaded

Simply requiring TerminationTrigger in the active thorns list of a parameter file produces an error with CarpetX:

cactus_sim-cpu: /.../Cactus/arrangements/CarpetX/CarpetX/src/driver.cxx:1604: void CarpetX::SetupGlobals(): Assertion `group.vartype == CCTK_VARIABLE_REAL' failed.

This thorn is desirable for implementing Checkpointing and Recovery as demonstrated in the GW150914 gallery parfile here
