Implement service backendAI #57
Description
### Acceptance criteria
- [ ] `backendAI` has one function argument [string] that is a frontend-user-prompt in natural language.
- [ ] `backendAI` has defined limitations on data-access, and dataset can be define.
- [ ] `backendAI` has functionality that handles the function argument in coresponse with defined dataset
- [ ] `backendAI` always has a return statement, preferably an "answer" to the frontend-user-prompt based on dataset findings
