Exhaustive helper of catchTags or an exhaustive helper for the error channel

What is the problem this feature would solve?

I want to request an exhaustive version of catch tags which forces you to leave the error channel as never by handling all existing errors in that particular pipeline.
A helper to add at the bottom of the pipeline will also be acceptable

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Create your own helper, which is not hard but will be nice to have something on the library itself.

Still I would love to have a catchTagsExhaustive but now it is a lot less important
