Micropub translation of emoji's seem to be broken

When an emoji comes in via micropub it gets turned into unicode characters /u-etc rather than actual emoji. This is a change in behavior from before and true emoji support needs to be restored. It seems the emoji's were broken when js-yaml was introduced for file saving.
