- OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 6.1.7601
- Version: 150.0b10 (tried both x86 and x64)
- This is a r3dfox specific bug: Most likely. This has been an issue since v148.0. https://github.com/Eclipse-Community/r3dfox/releases/tag/v148.0. I tried testing the latest release of Firefox-for-windows-7, it just crashes on it's own without me touching anything on startup (something to do with kernelbase.dll), one version prior does run and doesn't crash when setting the flags in about config. Tested with a browser restart as well. Clean stock install of r3dfox with a new stock profile doesn't change anything either.
Describe the bug
Enabling either of "Disable Same-Origin Policy" or "Disable Content Security Policy" options now crashes r3dfox. "Disable Same-Origin Policy" crashes r3dfox and prevents it from running where as "Disable Content Security Policy" just crashes tabs.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open r3dfox.
- Go to settings then r3dfox configurations
- Check "Disable Content Security Policy" and then check "Disable Same-Origin Policy (SOP)"
- r3dfox crashes.
Expected behavior
Should disable either security behavior on demand without crashing.
Additional context
Everything was tested with fresh new stock files and empty stock profiles, which made no difference.
