- Convert Japanese documentation to consistent formatting with proper spacing
- Add related repositories table for better navigation
- Simplify project structure diagram and development commands
- Consolidate CI/CD workflow descriptions into concise bullet points
- Remove redundant manual NuGet publishing section
- Reorganize versioning as subsection under release process
- Generalize dependency version specifications
