lazy-import issues with pyinstaller

lazy-import can't be pyinstaller-packed since it checks a file in its distribution on import.

Need a workaround

Current "workaround" - disable lazy import and suffer bumps import hit on program start.
However, we have the same issue in SasView and plan to have the person in charge of Bumps fix this.
