Color codes

1. GREEN - If running
2. RED - if stopped/crashed

Shorthand for php/mysql/nginx stop, start, restart

Also added folloing command to start stop reload and restart nginx php5-fpm mysql and postfix services

@MiteshShah can we add one more thing?

For ee system reload and ee system restart will run tests first. nginx -t for example. If that return success then only reload/restart makes sense!

Before restart start and reload the nginx we check the following things and restart/reload on success only

1. Check and Adjust server_names_hash_bucket_size Value

nginx -t 2>&1 | grep server_names_hash_bucket_size &>> $INSTALLLOG
