hybrid modeling pipeline

currently our hybrid modelling pipeline is to follow the script [here](https://github.com/EarthyScience/abc-model/blob/main/examples/tutorials/hybrid_clouds.py).

it would be nice to have something more structured where one could use more general functions for data loading and model training, e.g., choose how to generate data, which variables to use as target, etc.
