Several functions in subduction_convergence.py now include a parameter named include_slab_topologies, which is False by default: find_subducting_plate, subduction_convergence, and subduction_convergence_over_time.

@sabinz @brmather: As we discussed earlier this week, I've added an option (switched on by default) to ignore slab topologies to the subduction convergence workflow. I'm not sure if there would be any situation in which this wouldn't be the desired behaviour, but I've made it optional just in case.
