CORDEX fixes fail if variable has no time coordinate #2843

Describe the bug
Several CORDEX fixes defined here, fix issues in the time coordinate. The problem is that when those fixes are applied to variables with mip: fx, they fail because the time coordinate is not found. A check to assess if the time coordinate is present should be added before applying the fixes.
