Consider automated stripping of source value for files tagged as 'screened' and 'final' in cite_label

I've added a box to help guide users on these, however, we might consider automatically removing any source tag for these files as they should be blank. It's possible that there is a use case where a user would want to retain a source tag, but I have not been able to think of one currently.
