Is flux_atmOcn_diurnal  still used?

I notice you still have flux_atmOcn_diurnal in [shr_flux_mod.F90](https://github.com/ESCOMP/CMEPS/blob/main/cesm/flux_atmocn/shr_flux_mod.F90) and we still have it too.  Does this code still have any purpose?   I think it was part of the diurnal cycle param when ocean coupling frequency was 1/day.
