Remove BWSSP126extcmip6 since SSP 2100-01-01 is missing

Summary of Issue:

The 2101-01-01 restart is missing for
so the BWSSP126extcmip6 compset fails.

Expected behavior and actual behavior:

Expect compset test to run and PASS, it dies at case creation.

It doesn't look like there is a restart for the SSP simulation for 2101-01, just other months of 2101. So I think the answer is to delete this compset. It's not needed right now, I just added it since we have landuse.timeseries data for it.

BWSSP126extcmip6 was removed at some time. So I'm closing this issue.
