@wwieder - is there any reason why we should wait to bring this in (e.g., will it break things if brought in too soon), or is it safe for me to merge this now? |

I'm OK for you to merge it now. That will help on the CTSM side too, as we also need to update our cdeps version we're bringing in. Thanks Bill |
