Remove MG1 from cam_dev physics

Issue Description

With updates to PUMAS, maintaining MG1 in addition to more recent PUMAS (MG) versions is cumbersome. It was determined by @andrewgettelman and @adamrher, that this old feature was unnecessary with the cam_dev physics.

Is this just a cam_dev change, but MG1 (and CAM5) would still available through -phys cam6?

Yes, it is only for cam_dev. You will still be able to use MG1 with -phys cam6
