Bugzilla 2547 - A test sets "queue" in the testlist, but cime can't handle changing the queue

As a result of working on a cime issue I found that CAM has an <option name="queue" setting in it's test list for one test. The problem with this is that cime can't actually do that change, so it doesn't actually do anything. So it either should be removed, or cime changed so that it can handle a queue change. From looking into cime, changing the queue would be a more difficult change than some of the other things that are set.

I assume that option can be removed. Reassigning to Steve since I believe FHIST_DARTC6 is something he created.
