[feature] Exams table

This is basically the exams_data page of CePro-ExamsMGT.
We need a table that displays every exams of the database, using different "views" (2025-2026, 2024-2025, 2023-2024, ...)
It also needs some filters to display only a certain type of exam (we can just recreate the filters already existing in CePro-ExamsMGT)

The table needs to be pretty, easy to use, and smooth.
