What if a printing date can't be calculated ? #81

If a printing date can not be calculated, because calendar is already full, or because the time between exam date and desired delivery date is too short, what should we do ?

Should we try to insert the exam anyway ?
Should we just send an e-mail to the CePro team and let them contact the user ?

This need to be discussed.
