feat: add control button to Globe

Implemented changes

This PR adds Control buttons to the 3D Globe, the approach is to have -almost- the same controls for 2D ol map that interacts also with 3D Globe canvas, currently the following controls are provided:

• (OL) Zoom in/out buttons.
• (OL) fullscreen
• (OL) rotate.
• 2D/3D switch button.

Thank you! In principle great, but as discussed in our meeting, please have a look at the zoom in/out functionality in the globe view, and the 3d/2d icons. Otherwise looks good :-)
