Suggestions below for .../docs/01_key-concepts/02_ram.md (from @lparisc )

the 1KiB (1024 bytes) reference is unnecessary, especially since 64GB is used before; just use 1KB.
"around RAM, for example" --> "around RAM; for example"
"for the price of RAM to not grow too" --> for its price not to grow too"
"RAM it is used" --> "RAM is used"
"information), also" --> "information); also".
